The NiPS laboratory presented the research ideas and perspective about energy harvesting during the workshops organized last Tuesday, march the 30th, by Finmeccanica Corporate in Rome.
The workshop focused on energy harvesting and scavenging for portable devices and the possible collaboration between the research word and industries and private entrepreneurs. Helios Vocca of the NiPS Lab described the great capabilities of the nonlinear devices to convert noise into electric power.
